Okayama Prefecture 地震風險
Okayama is relatively quiet seismically, but no area is immune. Nankai Trough indirect shaking (Intensity 5–6) remains a real risk, and a local inland fault earthquake is possible. The 2018 Western Japan floods also showed Okayama's flood vulnerability.

Okayama is relatively seismically quiet but hosts inland active faults (Atetsu Fault, etc.). Facing the Seto Inland Sea, a Nankai Trough earthquake would cause Intensity 5–6 shaking and possibly a weakened tsunami reaching the coast. "No earthquake risk here" is a dangerous myth that leads to underprepared households.
